Can I contact Bulo as a private individual?

Yes, private individuals are welcome in our showrooms and on our Exclusive shop.

What is Bulo's offer? What makes Bulo unique? Who are Bulo's partners?

In addition to the wide range of design furniture for companies and for private individuals at home, we offer total solutions for B2B. By investing in an own team of product developers that responds to the specific wishes of the client, we are able to create innovative and unique concepts.

Collaborations with external designers provides a multitude of approaches. Architects and interior architects are our partners because of their role as prescriber and consultant in many projects. We build long-term sustainable relationships with them.

A large amount of our collections were designed by architects. Using the same design language in the creation of furniture enlarges the high architectural quality. Finally, there are the sister companies:

Bulvano
The concept approach is complemented by the product portfolio and knowledge of sister company Bulvano, which specializes in smart solutions for the office.

Bosq
With Bosq, our second sister company and exclusive manufacturer of Bulo, specializing in wood veneer and traditional joinery, we also offer fully customized furniture pieces, with an eye for details.

How does Bulo score in the field of sustainability and ethical entrepreneurship?

Bulo endorses the Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs) formally adopted by the United Nations in 2015. They form an action plan to get rid of humanity of poverty and put the planet back on its course towards sustainability. The goals reflect the three dimensions of sustainable development: economy, ecology and the social aspect.

Under the term “Bulosophy”, a multi-year action plan was developed with realistic objectives in an economic framework in the field of sustainable design, local production, logistics and sustainable relationships with customers, suppliers and employees, etc. Read the full sustainability report here.

Does Bulo organize a (stock)sale?

Stock sales or clearance sales at Bulo do not occur on a regular basis. Anyone interested in a possible stock or sale can register for our newsletter and subscribe to our social media channels such as facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to stay up to date.

Are there any maintenance instructions for my product?

Yes, in the list below you will find the product with the corresponding maintenance instructions per material type and or product.

Where can I go for repair / purchase of new parts?

The ‘after sales and repair’ service is an important pillar in our pursuit of service and quality, which means that Bulo products have a longer lifespan. Consult this service by contacting us on the general number +32 (0) 15 28 28 28 or mail your question to dnv@bulo.be.

Necessary documents when contacting us:

By phone: keep your invoice and/ or order form close.
By e-mail: send our service your invoice and/ or order form, photos and a clear description of the defect.

Exclusive shop | What is the delivery time for online purchases?

For products ‘in stock’ the delivery time is 7 days, unless stated otherwise.
For products NOT in stock, the delivery time is 8 weeks.

We ship your favorite designs to Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Exclusive shop | Shipping costs

Shipping costs are influenced by the size, weight and region / country to which the product is shipped. Go to your shopping cart and follow these steps to calculate the shipping costs: Shopping cart> Information> Shipping> Payment> Review

Which payment methods does Bulo offer on its online Exclusive shop?

Pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Diners Club and Discover. To be on the safe side, always check the webshop for the latest updates on payment methods.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes you can for free! Go to your shopping cart and go through a few steps and indicate that you want to collect your order at the specified pick-up location.

Which tools do you make available for (interior) architects/ professionals?

1) Pinterest
Create mood boards via our Pinterest page @bulo 

2) Configurator
Avoid heavy .Zip files and only download the CAD model you need using the configurator.

 3) pCon
Use our available CAD models in the professional interior design software pCon.

4) 3D files
We offer 3D files in the following file formats: .dwg, and .revit.*

*Attention, at this moment .revit files are not available yet for every product.

Do you prefer to work with .skp files? Then simply convert your .dwg files to .skp files. You will find numerous instructional videos online. For example in this video.

5) Product specification sheets by collection
In the product specification sheets you will find more background information about collection, product, designer, specifications, types, dimensions and materials. Simply click the ‘Product information’ button on each single product page.

Can I request samples?

1) Bulo sample box
Bulo B2B sample folders are only intended for the target group (interior)architects and dealers. Due to the content of high-quality materials, these sample folders are limited and only available on request from your contact person within our sales department.

2) Veneer sample box  – Bosq
Sister company Bosq is the exclusive manufacturer for Bulo. Request your sample folder with veneer wood on bosq.be.

Where can I get the latest catalog?

1) Online catalog – For the sake of our planet, we provide an online catalog on our website.

2) Catalog (print) – Receive a catalog for free when visiting our showrooms or ask our sales department when visiting your company (B2B), or via info@bulo.be.
