YOUR ROLE

To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a Technical Drafter / Production Planner / Cost Estimator with strong technical insight. You translate customer requirements into technical solutions and guide projects from design to production preparation.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of interior architects, project managers and production managers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Translating customer requirements into technical drawings, both standard and custom-made

Creating 2D and 3D visualisations for clients

Developing complete project files once a project is sold, enabling purchasing and production to proceed smoothly

Preparing cost calculations

Actively contributing to feasible, efficient and high-quality technical solutions

YOUR PROFILE

You have strong technical insight into materials and construction methods

You are digitally skilled and can work fluently with AutoCAD and Solid Edge (or similar software)

You work accurately, structured and organised

You are solution-oriented and proactive

You can work well under deadlines

You preferably already have several years of experience, but we also provide phased in-house training

YOUR ROLE

To strengthen our administrative support team, we are urgently looking for a Sales Support colleague who will focus on supporting our sales team. You are a key link in the daily administrative and commercial flow of the company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Acting as the right hand of the sales team

Preparing quotations and processing orders

Daily administrative follow-up

Managing orders and deliveries from A to Z

Preparing and processing invoices

YOUR PROFILE

You work accurately and have a strong sense of responsibility

You are solution-oriented and can handle strict deadlines

You are a true team player

You will initially work with our current ERP system (function keys); in the course of 2026 we will transition to Odoo

Knowledge of Odoo is considered an asset

You preferably already have several years of experience, but we also provide thorough in-house training

You have a good command of English

Basic knowledge of French is a plus; German is an additional asset
