The employees of Veolia Belgium's support services, together with their new colleagues from Suez, settled into their new offices, which were renovated and redesigned in several office spaces within a building on Boulevard Poincaré in Saint-Gilles. The project has resulted in a new and pleasant working environment for everyone, under the supervision of Belsquare. Bulo was responsible for the furniture.
The result is inviting and makes you want to go to work because it feels like home. The office spaces are filled with natural light, and the open space is organized into smaller cells using partitions that double as storage. There is a spacious lounge area with an open kitchen, several coffee corners to meet, coworking spaces to collaborate, isolated "bubbles" for privacy, and an "innovation room" with more fun furniture. The entire space is filled with greenery. The highlight is undoubtedly the lush, well-lit outdoor patio connected to the lounge area.
In the office area, the furniture was designed with a particular focus on the bubbles. Everything was carefully considered to provide customized solutions. For seating, the chair designed by the famous Belgian designer Léon Stynen was chosen. In the lounge area, you can also find chairs made from recycled materials, this time by the highly popular designer Vincent Van Duysen.
