The fifth floor of the Kortrijk Business Park, owned by Verstraete Development, is a new 'happy people perform better' workplace.
With Verstraete Development as a partner, the focus lies on boosting well-being and productivity. With the warm oak veneer (brushed, sanded and tinted) incorporated in the customization, the large incidence of light and the H2O desk, which does not look like a classic desk, the homely yet professional atmosphere is strongly present. A true eye-catcher in the Benelux Park, both in terms of interior and exterior. Some ‘still in project’ images.
